Business challenge

Tastecard is the largest dining club in the UK. Its service allows members to save hundreds of pounds each year when dining out.

However, the dining club’s mobile experience was unable to match the excellent offline experience and was costing the business when it came to customer retention.

The team at Tastecard engaged us to help bring the product up to parity with consumer expectations and to create a more stable user experience.


We took a two step approach to the project. Whilst our engineering team sought to address the underlying technical problems which plagued the existing the product, strategy considered what features should form part of the roadmap for achieving Tastecard’s goals of growth via customer acquisition and improved retention rates.

The improvement of the product is ongoing and our next area of focus will be on exceeding customer expectations.
