The Shoal proposition is focused on sustainable savings and it will leverage open banking for a handful of features within. But Shoal is not just a revolutionary way for people to save while making a positive contribution to the environment, it also features a market-leading savings product using Starling Bank's Banking-as-a-Service platform. 

Hi Mum! Said Dad is working with SC Ventures on the end-to-end process; helping to take Shoal from primary user research to proposition development, brand and design systems to backend and front end engineering.

The Hi Mum! Said Dad, Shoal, SC Ventures and Starling teams are closely collaborating along the way and our process is devised to tap into the vast knowledge held by the individual teams and move at speed towards launch.

We have also involved real users at key points of the process. User testing has been key to evolving the proposition and brand early to ensure Shoal is resonating with the customer base and that KPIs are met at every stage of the development journey.
